About The Role
As an Operation Instructor, you will qualify to teach PWR technology at Almaraz. This is a full‑time hybrid position reporting to the training school supervisor.
Main Responsibilities
Work as an Operation Instructor, participating in all stages of the training process (SAT), including analysis and evaluation.
Deliver training and provide operation consulting and technical support to personnel at the Almaraz nuclear power plant.
Integrate into a team of more than 20 instructors, collaborating and communicating with autonomy.
Qualifications
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific‑technical specialty (Engineering, Physics, etc.; a Master’s degree is valued).
Availability to reside in or near Almaraz.
English language proficiency B1.2, with higher levels preferred.
Experience in nuclear technology, with specific knowledge in radiological protection, operations or training.
Experience in digital training environments.
Driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
Willingness to travel and stay in national and international locations for sporadic project participation.
