Experteer Overview
In this role you will perform in-depth OSINT investigations to identify brand misuse and counterfeit activity, while coordinating covert test purchases to validate findings. You will deliver evidence-based reports and support enforcement actions with clients across cross-functional teams. Your work will help protect clients’ online brands and revenue at scale, combining analytical research with practical, compliant fieldwork. You will engage directly with customers, explaining methodologies and outcomes to enable adoption of brand-protection services.

• Conduct in-depth OSINT investigations to identify counterfeit products, trademark infringements, and unauthorized sellers
• Monitor e-commerce marketplaces, social media, and websites for brand misuse
• Analyze seller ecosystems, digital footprints, and infringement patterns
• Produce high-quality OSINT reports with seller risk profiling and infringement documentation
• Plan and execute covert test purchases from suspected infringing sellers
• Ensure adherence to operational, legal, and compliance guidelines while maintaining anonymity
• Manage the lifecycle of test purchases from order to delivery and assessment
• Document findings with detailed reports and photographic evidence
• Compile robust evidence packages to support enforcement actions and takedowns
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities by explaining OSINT methodologies and services
• Build trust with clients through professional communication and subject-matter expertise
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in OSINT report and test purchase service delivery
• Strong expertise in OSINT methodologies, tools, and investigative techniques
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in English-language client collaboration
