TheOnline Marketing Activation Specialistis responsible for executing the digital trade marketing strategy to maximize brand visibility and sell-through performance across our key online partners.
You will act as the bridge between Camper’s Brand Marketing teams, external agencies, and the commercial realities of marketplaces. Your primary focus will be managing marketing investments and content activation on platforms like Zalando and Amazon, ensuring that Camper’s brand equity is maintained while driving measurable commercial results.You will be joining theOnline Accounts teamat our HQ in Inca. This team holds a unique dual mandate: we are responsible for the global definition of the online multi-brand channel (developing B2C and B2B capabilities) and the direct commercial management and marketing activation of global key accounts (e.g., Amazon, Zalando) and European regional leaders.Responsibilities.
Commercial Activation, Performance & Agency Management:
Plan and Execute Campaigns:Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns within partner ecosystems, aligning with the global commercial calendar.
Agency Management:Coordinate and supervise external partners to ensure efficient execution and budget optimization. This includes working withMedia Activation Agencies(e.g., for Amazon advertising) andDesign Agencies(e.g., for specific asset adaptation).
Performance Analysis:Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate) daily; create performance reports and recommend budget optimizations to maximize ROI.
Inventory Alignment:Collaborate with the sales andmerchandising teamsto ensure marketing pushes align with stock availability and "hero product" strategies.Content Strategy & Project Leadership:
"Channel Content Needs" Project Lead:Lead the consolidation of content requirements across all online account partners. You will act as the central point of contact to prioritize production needs and coordinate directly with the internal Brand team to deliver high-quality, channel-specific assets.
Asset Optimization:Ensure all product imagery, brand stores, and A+ content are optimized for search visibility (SEO) and conversion.Global Channel Development & Strategy:
Media Capability Audit & Roadmap:Conduct a comprehensive audit of the media capabilities currently offered by our commercial partners. Define a strategic "to-be-vision" and roadmap to push our partners to evolve their platforms from traditional trade to advanced performance marketing models.
Best Practices:Analyze competitor activity and platform trends to identify new opportunities for visibility within the online multi-brand channel.
Brand Consistency:Audit partner sites regularly to ensure brand presentation adheres to global Camper guidelines across B2C and B2B touchpoints.Requirements.
Experience:3+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce, with aclear and proven background in Performance Marketing(managing paid campaigns, budgets, and optimization).
Project Management:Proven experience leading cross-functional projects (e.g., content consolidation) and managing external agencies (Media or Design).
Strategic Mindset:Demonstrated ability to analyze digital ecosystems and propose strategic roadmaps for capability improvement.
Platform Knowledge:Hands-on experience working with marketplace advertising tools (specifically Amazon Advertising/Console or Zalando Marketing Services) is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills:Advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to interpret data to make commercial decisions.
Language:High level of spoken and written English is mandatory (Corporate language); Spanish is a plus.
Soft Skills:Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
