On-Site Sales Adviser – New Development | Costa del SolJoinAsset Folio EXCLand represent a standout new residential development on the Costa del Sol.We are seeking a dedicatedOn-Site Sales Adviserbased in the sales office, acting as the key point of contact for both direct buyers and collaborating agents.The Role:
You will be based on-site, managing the day-to-day sales activity and driving conversions by delivering a professional, structured and engaging buyer experience.Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the on-site sales office and all incoming enquiries
• Conducting viewings for direct clients and agent-introduced buyers
• Presenting the development with strong product knowledge and clarity
• Following up leads and progressing them through to reservation
• Coordinating closely with collaborating agents to maximise sales activity
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the sales process through to contractProfile:
• Proven experience in real estate or high-value sales
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Confident dealing with both clients and agents
• Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
• Fluent English & Spanish (additional languages a plus)
• Knowledge of the Costa del Sol market is advantageousWhy Join:
