You will provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and common business apps.The role requires 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong Windows knowledge, basic networking, and good communication skills. You will work with end-user devices, printers, and VPN setup, following SLA guidelines.
