We are committed to attracting top‑tier talent from around the world, bringing together passionate individuals who share our vision of exceptional hospitality.We are seeking a Night Manager to join OKU Andalusia, our new five‑star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation provided.ResponsibilitiesOversee the hotel’s operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient service across all departments.Act as the senior manager on duty overnight, representing the Executive Team in their absence.Lead, supervise, and support the night team, including Front Office and Night Audit, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.Serve as the main point of contact for guests during the night, handling enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.Oversee late check‑ins, early departures, and night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.Monitor service delivery and operational standards throughout the property, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality expectations.Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property during night hours.Handle incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations, following established procedures and escalating when required.Review and validate night audit reports, financial reconciliations, and operational summaries.Prepare comprehensive handover reports for senior management and department heads.Ensure public areas are secure, presentable, and maintained to brand standards throughout the night.QualificationsProven experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.Strong operational knowledge of hotel departments and overnight procedures.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities, particularly in autonomous working environments.Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.Solid understanding of night audit processes and financial controls.Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable.Behavioural CompetenciesExceptional guest service orientation.Confident leadership presence during overnight operations.High level of accountability and sound judgement.Calm and composed approach in high‑pressure or emergency situations.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proactive and solution‑focused mindset.Technical Skills and KnowledgeAdvanced knowledge of hotel operations and night management procedures.Proficiency in PMS systems and night audit processes.Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting.Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.Ability to review and analyse operational and financial reports.Understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards.BenefitsWe offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package according to your profile, along with available accommodation options to ensure a seamless and rewarding journey as part of our team.Company BackgroundOKU Andalusia opened in summer 2025 and is a stunning beachfront retreat that blends contemporary design, immersive dining, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
