Role: Account Manager (Norwegian-speaking)Location: MalagaStart: ASAPIndustry: HospitalityContract: Full-time, hybridLanguages: Norwegian + English Overview We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager to join our Hospitality division in Malaga. The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and able to build solid long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders in the hospitality sector. This role combines account management, client success, and business coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. Act as the main point of contact for Norwegian‑speaking accounts. Support clients with product knowledge, service updates, and operational needs. Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose solutions. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance, customer support). Prepare reports, forecasts, and account development plans. Ensure service excellence and adherence to SLAs. Manage escalations and provide solutions promptly and professionally. Requirements Essential Native or fluent Norwegian + strong English Experience in account management, customer success, or B2B environments Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to work Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Customer‑centric mindset and positive attitude Preferred Experience in the hospitality or travel industry CRM skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Work Conditions Hybrid model (office + remote work) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Benefits Private medical insurance €500 relocation bonus for candidates moving to Malaga International work environment Growth and career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
