This critical role ensures the smooth operation of our 24/7 emergency response services, supporting Nordic travellers in need across the globe.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of assistance coordinators handling emergency medical and travel-related cases.Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority cases.Liaise with medical providers, hospitals, and international partners.Monitor team performance and provide constructive coaching, training, and feedback.Participate in shift planning and support Team Leaders.Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in emergency medical assistance or travel insurance assistance (minimum 3–4 years).Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (minimum 2 years).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.Fluency in English; and a Nordic languageWillingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Apply now and be part of a company that values compassion, expertise, and excellence.Workplace: Fuengirola or Torrevieja in Spain.Start date: To be agreed.If you have any questions, you are welcome to contactCristina F.
