You will coordinate luggage handling, guest transportation support, and lobby operations, setting the tone for a warm and professional welcome at Nômade. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liLead and supervise the bell team during daily shifts /li liEnsure smooth luggage handling for arrivals, departures, and room moves /li liCoordinate guest transportation requests and logistics /li liProvide a warm, attentive, and efficient welcome and farewell experience /li liSupport front office operations and lobby flow management /li liEnsure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction /li liTrain and guide bell staff to deliver exceptional service /li liMaintain order, cleanliness, and organization in lobby and storage areas /li liAssist with guest requests and special arrangements /li liCoordinate closely with Front of House and Concierge teams /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for /h3 ul liExperienced hospitality professional in bell services or front‑of‑house operations /li liStrong leadership and team coordination skills /li liGuest‑focused with a proactive and friendly attitude /li liPhysically fit and hands‑on approach to daily operations /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liOrganized, reliable, and detail‑oriented /li liAble to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience as Bell Captain, Bell Shift Leader, or similar role /li liGood knowledge of hotel operations and guest arrival/departure procedures /li liStrong teamwork and leadership abilities /li liAbility to manage logistics and coordinate multiple requests /li liFluent in Spanish (English is a plus) /li liValid EU / Ibiza work permit /li /ul h3Why join us? /h3 pBecause at Nômade, hospitality is not just operations — it is emotion, precision, and experience.
