Headquartered in London and proud members of Virtuoso, we cater to elite clients across the globe with bespoke travel planning and luxury lifestyle management.Now, we're looking for a Night Travel Manager to join our Back Office team and ensure that our clients' needs are met flawlessly — even while the world sleeps.Your Role:As a Night Travel Manager, you'll be the magic behind seamless overnight travel and lifestyle support. From securing last-minute reservations to coordinating urgent travel needs, you'll be the reliable and proactive point of contact for our international clientele.Key Responsibilities:Respond to and manage overnight client requests for travel and lifestyle servicesBook and modify accommodation, transfers, and transportation services globallySource rates and offers from suppliers and service partnersArrange restaurant reservations, event tickets, and entertainment bookingsOrganize and confirm vehicle rentals and private transfersMaintain accurate booking records and process paymentsCollaborate with the operations team for seamless request fulfillmentStay current on global travel trends, rules, and restrictionsWhat You Bring:1+ year of experience in the travel, tourism, or concierge industryFluency in Ukrainian or Russian (spoken and written) and Upper-Intermediate English or higherExcellent formal communication skills, judgment and discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle non-standard situationsStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyA team player with a "no task is too small" attitudeAbility to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlinesConfident PC skills (especially MS Office)A proactive mindset with a desire to go the extra mile for the clientPersonal travel experience is a plus!What We Offer:Remote-first flexibility and rotating night shifts for work-life balancePaid vacation and sick leaveDedicated onboarding mentor during the trial periodAccess to global luxury travel networks and supplier insightsOpportunities for career growth, professional development, and FAM tripsPerformance-based incentives and a passionate, collaborative team cultureA chance to create unforgettable moments for clients around the worldShift Schedule (Rotating Weekly):Week 1• Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 18:00 to 09:00 CET• Sunday — Full dayWeek 2• Tuesday, Thursday — 18:00 to 09:00 CET• Saturday — Full dayReady to Apply?If you're a night owl with a passion for premium service and a calm, resourceful approach to problem-solving, we'd love to welcome you aboard.
