We operate within a premium residential setting and work to the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and care.Night Manager (Full-Time) – Sea Recovery CentreSea Recovery Centre is seeking a reliable, calm, and responsible Night Supervisor to oversee operations during night shifts on a full-time basis. This hands‑on role combines overnight supervision, client support, safety management, and operational coordination, ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the night.ScheduleFull‑time night shifts (schedule to be discussed).Role OverviewThe Night Supervisor is responsible for the overall running of the centre during night hours. You will maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment, provide non‑clinical support to clients, and respond appropriately to any situations that arise overnight.This role plays a key part in supporting the therapeutic programme by ensuring stability, consistency, and professionalism outside of daytime hours, while maintaining clear boundaries and discretion at all times.Key Responsibilities1. Overnight Operations & EnvironmentOversee all night‑time operations of the centreMaintain a calm, quiet, and secure environment conducive to recoveryEnsure the centre is orderly and prepared for daytime operations2. Client Safety & SupportProvide non‑clinical support and reassurance to clients during the nightMonitor client wellbeing and presence throughout the shiftRespond promptly and appropriately to client needs or disturbancesFollow all safeguarding protocols and escalation proceduresRespond effectively to incidents, emergencies, or unexpected situationsMaintain clear communication with senior staff when escalation is required4. Observation & Reporting (Non‑Clinical)Observe and report any changes in client mood, behaviour, or wellbeingComplete accurate shift reports, incident logs, and handoversEnsure all documentation is clear, timely, and compliant5. Security & Risk AwarenessMonitor the premises to ensure safety and security at all timesConduct regular checks of the facilityIdentify and proactively manage potential risks6. Professional Presence & BoundariesMaintain a calm, reassuring, and professional presence at all timesUphold strict confidentiality and professional boundariesRepresent Sea Recovery Centre in line with its high service standards7.
