About The Role As Night Manager, you will act as Manager on Duty during the overnight shift, taking full responsibility for the hotel’s operations, guest experience, and safety throughout the night. You will be the main point of contact for guests and internal teams, ensuring that service standards are consistently exceeded while handling any operational or guest-related situations with professionalism and efficiency. In this role, you will lead and inspire the night team, drive engagement and productivity, and contribute to continuous improvement by implementing procedures that enhance service quality during the overnight shift. Key Responsibilities Oversee all Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery. Act as the main point of contact for guests, resolving requests, incidents, and VIP requirements. Ensure smooth communication and handover between shifts, including preparation of reports and briefings. Monitor and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly. Supervise night audit processes and ensure accuracy in financial controls (folios, invoices, chargebacks, etc.). Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to guarantee smooth operations. Prepare the next day’s operations & briefing (credit, arrivals, departures, room allocations, agenda). Support reservation tasks when required and ensure data accuracy across systems. Conduct regular hotel rounds to ensure safety, security, and guest comfort. Respond effectively to emergencies and take ownership of all safety-related matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements. Profile & Requirements Degree in Tourism or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Front Office operations; previous leadership experience is highly valued. Advanced knowledge of PMS (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office enviroment. Strong understanding of night audit, financial controls, and hotel operations.
