POSITION PURPOSESiga leyendo para descubrir lo que necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto, incluyendo habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia.TheNight Auditoris required to audit, balance and consolidate department ledger accounts, supervise the night audit process in the Opera system and prepare various hotel operating reports as well as balance the end of day reports of the different outlets with the Opera system.Essential FunctionsReconciliation and completion of all daily Desk Agents' workPosting balances to all guest rooms and closing out the day's transactionsRunning accounts receivable reports, providing next day reports to all the departments, as required.Provide guest services to guests during the overnight hoursAttend to guest’s needs and questions as they arisePark cars when necessary to keep the entrance freeCoordinate with other night shift staff to ensure smooth running of the hotel operationsResponsible for evacuation of the hotel in case of emergencyRequirementsTo have previous experience in Finance or Front Desk/Food & Beverage cashiering experience.Leadership as well as the ability to work independently, taking initiative.Strong communication skills—must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and Spanish; German would be a plus.Must be willing to work a night schedule.Valid driver's license.Customer orientation, strong capacity to care of the guest.Knowledge of the Opera system will be a plus.Specific Job Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesTo have previous experience in Finance or Front Desk/Food & Beverage cashiering experience.Leadership as well as the ability to work independently, taking initiative.Strong communication skills—must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and Spanish; German would be a plus.Must be willing to work a night schedule.Valid driver's license.Customer orientation, strong capacity to care of the guest.Knowledge of the Opera system will be a plus.Education & ExperienceHigh school or equivalent education required (Finance, Tourism).Three to five years of previous Front Office or Finance department experience in a 5* Hotel preferred.Leadership as well as the ability to work independently. xcskxlj Must be willing to work night schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
