Optimize and improve efficiencies in software development processes. Implement alerts and metrics to measure solutions. Collaborate on the technical design of solutions to ensure compliance with the SCIB reference architecture framework. Ensure software meets quality standards for maintenance and new development. Implement software quality/security controls. Participate in executing and monitoring agile product development methodologies. Define best practices for development, automated testing, and deployment. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience developing backend applications, with expertise in backend architecture using Spring Boot and Event-Driven architecture, adhering to SGT's software quality and security standards. Proficiency in techniques such as Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Functional Programming, Java 8-11, S3, Oracle, OpenShift, GitHub, Jenkins, UrbanCode, Grafana, Prometheus, Sonar, Kiuwan, and testing. Functional knowledge of transactional banking and experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with new technologies like APIConnect and APIs, focusing on efficient development and high performance for high-volume, low-latency applications. Interest in the latest trends, technologies, and programming languages. Strong team spirit, good communication skills, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage teams.
