Your Mission
As Product Manager, you'll be the architect of our product strategy. Your role will involve:
Designing and implementing the product strategy, integrating the specific needs of the assigned category.
Creating detailed product requirement documents and leading the development of new products.
Maintaining and strengthening our product portfolio, ensuring our models and specifications remain competitive, up to date, and coherent.
Ensure that key elements of each annual range, product family, or specific model are communicated to key teams within the organization and key external stakeholders, highlighting the main assets.
Qué buscamos en ti? / What we're looking for in you
Ingeniería con un mínimo de cinco años de experiencia en diseño y gestión de productos en la industria del deporte, preferiblemente Mountain Bike.
Experiencia sólida en análisis de mercado y una probada capacidad para identificar oportunidades y estrategias de negocio.
Persona apasionada y usuaria de Mountain Bike, con un conocimiento amplio y profundo del sector, abarcando preferiblemente diversas disciplinas como XC, Trail, eBikes, etc.
Dominio experto del diseño de productos/soluciones centrados en la persona usuaria.
Conocimientos mecánicos y estructurales de distintos materiales y sus procesos productivos.
Imprescindible un nivel alto de inglés. Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de euskera, francés, alemán y/o italiano.

At Orbea, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. You'll play a key role in strategic and innovative projects that are transforming the industry.
Your Mission:
As Product Manager, you'll be the architect of our product strategy. Your role will involve:

What we're looking for in you / Qué buscamos en ti
An Engineering degree with at least five years of experience in product design and management within the sports industry, preferably a mountain bike.
Strong background in market analysis and proven ability to identify business opportunities and strategies.
A passionate mountain bike rider with a broad and in-depth knowledge of the industry, preferably across multiple disciplines such as XC, Trail, eBikes, and more.
Expert-level proficiency in designing user-centered products and solutions.
Solid mechanical and structural knowledge of different materials and their production processes.
High level of English required. Knowledge of Basque, French, German, and/or Italian will be considered a plus.
