You will be accountable for revenue outcomes, customer acquisition, and expansion within your pod, acting as the primary GTM owner across sales, pipeline strategy, and customer success alignment. This role combines hands‑on execution with leadership, working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Ops to scale repeatable GTM motion. Lead the GTM function within your pod, coordinating closely with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle. Lead and support complex sales cycles from discovery through close, engaging senior stakeholders and navigating multi‑threaded buying processes. Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring long‑term value creation. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to relay customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and refine GTM messaging. Proven experience leading GTM, sales, or revenue functions. Ability to operate as both a leader and hands‑on contributor in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong cross‑functional collaboration experience, particularly with Product and Engineering teams. Familiarity with CRM and GTM tooling such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
