BySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Benalmádena/Mijas (Málaga) area.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:Handling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies.Coordinating and conducting property viewings and face-to-face meetings.Proactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process.Negotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts.Preparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer.Developing and presenting marketing proposals.Managing all administrative tasks related to the sales process.RequirementsA dynamic and proactive professional with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of working independently.Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.Proven experience in the sale of new-build residential developments.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and other office software.A customer-focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance when meeting clients.Strong organisational and teamwork skills, with a results-driven mindset and experience working towards sales targets.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a well-established company with a stable, long-term project and excellent career prospects.A competitive remuneration package comprising a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure.Ongoing support from our Back Office and Marketing teams.Initial training together with continuous professional development.Immediate start.An excellent working environment, a committed team and genuine opportunities for career progression within the company.If you believe your profile matches what we are looking for, please apply through this job advertisement or send your CV to .
