Sales Strategy Market Planning /b /pulliDefine and execute the overall vehicle sales strategy for the Spanish market /liliSet ambitious yet achievable annual sales targets aligned with business objectives /liliDevelop pricing strategies, volume planning, and go-to-market approaches based on market insights and competitive analysis /liliTrack performance and deliver regular forecasts and business reviews to senior management /li /ulpb2. Sales Operations Organizational Build-up /b /pulliEstablish and lead the local sales organization, including regional and dealer-facing teams /liliDesign and implement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and performance management frameworks /liliDrive digitalization and efficiency through CRM, DMS, and reporting tools /li /ulpb3. Dealer Network Performance Management /b /pulliOversee dealer performance across sell-in and sell-out activities /liliEnsure alignment on pricing, stock levels, and retail execution standards /liliDesign and implement incentive schemes and commercial policies in coordination with HQ /li /ulpb4. Business Growth Market Expansion /b /pulliDeliver sales volume, revenue, and market share targets /liliSupport new product launches and lead commercial campaigns /liliCollaborate with Marketing PR to maximize lead generation and conversion /liliIdentify and drive expansion opportunities across regions /li /ulpb5. Pricing, Inventory Risk Management /b /pulliMaintain pricing consistency and safeguard margins across the network /liliOptimize inventory planning, stock turnover, and distribution efficiency /liliPartner with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure operational excellence and cash flow optimization /li /ulpb6. Leadership Cross-functional Collaboration /b /pulliLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team /liliFoster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement /liliWork closely with cross-functional teams including After Sales, Dealer Network, Product, Marketing, Finance, and HQ /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field /lili+10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role /liliProven experience in building or scaling sales operations and dealer networks /liliStrong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability /liliExperience in European markets and/or launching new brands will be highly valued /li /ulpbr/ppbLanguages /b /pulliSpanish: Native or business fluent (mandatory) /liliEnglish: Business fluent (mandatory) /li /ul
