Scope: · To coordinate the MRO activities within EPI among all ML2/ML3 MRO shops Accountabilities: · Act as an interface with PC’s, subcontractors and customers for MRO activities for the Company’s products in line with contracted and quality requirements. · Pro-actively manage and monitor the contractual MRO deliveries in time, invoicing and expected quality level. Responsibilities: · Act as the primary interface between EPI and all MRO shops · Prepare Purchase requisition to ensure engine/ module/ LRU induction in a timely manner, update the Purchase requisition as required. · Raise BFX requests to Airbus or Parent Companies. · Coordinate shipment of assets from/ to MRO shops and customer. · Perform by sampling check of Workscope (PO), IIR, SFR, SVR, Parts List and EASA F1, if deviation are detected clarify with MRO shops/Commercial way forward. · Perform cost evaluation of engines and modules timely, support engine/ module closure reviews. · Support all departments of company needed MRO support. · Define the appropriate processes/ procedures for EPI including PCs and suppliers subcontractors and and implement updates in BIC. · Identify opportunities and implement improvements. · Monitor KPIs and perform Reporting, i.p. support Airbus, Export customers & OCCAR reporting for ML2/ML3 activities. · Monitor and perform reporting on ML2/ML3 orders from customer since SAP creation to invoicing. Profile: · Education: Master Degree · Specialization: Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering · Years Experience: 1-5 years · People reporting to this position: 0 · Engine configuration and maintenance task knowledge · Understanding of MRO processes: activities, tooling, facilities, etc. · Profund communication and English skills · Project management skills · IT: o SAP (as a plus) o MS office
