It is a school that is growing rapidly with a new 21st Century Sixth Form teaching block opened in September 2019 and a new Primary campus in September The school now has an exciting opportunity for a Monitor to join our fantastic team. This is a Temporary position. About the role The post holder will provide the best care and service to the students of the center when they are outside the classrooms, and support the academic staff and support staff with various tasks. Requisitos Requisitos: 1. Support to Academic Staff Take out and prepare games for recess. Supervise students during recess (ensure their safety, prevent dangerous games, provide entertainment). Cover for teachers during their breakfast break when children are not in class. Supervise students during nap time. Support students (take them to the bathroom, change diapers, help them get dressed, play with them). Assist teachers during special events (summer school, parties, rehearsals). Keep toys and materials used by students for entertainment clean and in good condition. Kitchen and Dining Area Assist cooks with the final presentation of certain dishes (cut bread, peel fruit, serve breakfast and snacks). Help set up tables in the dining area for meal service. Assist in serving meals to preschool students at the tables. Support teachers (help children eat, change them, maintain order in the dining area upon arrival, during their stay, and when leaving). Provide kitchen support during special events (summer school, preparation and serving of breakfasts and snacks). Community Understand and comply with Hastings policies. Collaborate in the prevention and control of emergency situations. Communicate effectively regarding entrance and exit requirements with pupils, staff members, third parties, and Cognita Partners.
