In this ERP-focused role, you guide multiple units through implementing a standardized ERP on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You act as the functional expert for ITD and PLP domains, aligning business needs with IT solutions during a structured digital transformation. You will lead workshops, model current processes, and help design and standardize new workflows while ensuring delivery quality. This position offers exposure to a large-scale ERP transformation in an international setting.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead ERP implementation and rollout efforts with internal and external partners• Serve as functional lead for production, planning, inventory, and warehouse management domains• Act as a liaison between company and IT to align stakeholder expectations• Organize and facilitate workshops to gather and document requirements• Model and analyze existing processes across units• Support design and implementation of optimized, standardized processes• Monitor delivery scope, quality, and alignment with business objectives• Validate ERP solutions against defined requirements and objectivesResponsabilidades• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Compañía Analyst in ERP environments• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations• Experience xcskxlj with Azure DevOps is advantageous• Strong functional expertise in PLP and/or ITD• Solid knowledge of business process modeling and BPMN• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• High ownership and results-oriented mindset• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus• Willingness to travel frequentlyRequisitos principales• Salario + bonus
