Job Description
Manitowoc, an international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain & Grove brands, is looking for a Quality Manager to be based in the Italian plant in Niella Tanaro (CN).
Main Responsibilities in This Role

Adapt and implement the Manitowoc quality organization standards.
Develop and implement systematic and effective processes review to investigate and resolve customer complaints and ensure mutually beneficial and collaborative actions to improve product quality.
Develop short- and long-range plans to improve the effectiveness of systems and processes while ensuring compliance with customer expectations and internal quality standards, and to identify and resolve systematic and incidental quality problems.
Plan, develop and implement the MCG Supplier Quality Assurance systems to ensure effective qualification and development of our suppliers base to maintain and improve consistently our quality standards and reduce risk level.
Fully accountable for the product quality level coming out of the plant.

To be Successful in this Role

Technical background.
Previous experience in quality management in complex manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Good analytic skills.
Ability to solve unexpected and complex operational problems.
Ability to encourage and to motivate people, personnel management capabilities.
