The role requires high collaboration with medical and commercial operations to align with Seqirus Spain strategic objectives and comply with national regulations and Seqirus standards. The MSL builds strong, durable relationships with customers and external stakeholders.Principal Accountabilities1 – External FacingCommunicate approved medical content to target HCPs, key opinion leaders, professional associations, payer groups, government organizations, and other influencers for flu protection in Spain.Provide accurate, scientifically supported information in response to unsolicited medical requests from HCPs and stakeholders, complying with ethical and Seqirus guidelines.Deliver presentations to stakeholders in line with the medical strategy set by the Spanish, European and Global Medical Affairs teams.Facilitate communication between HCPs, HCOs, decision makers and Medical Affairs colleagues.Facilitate Seqirus‑sponsored clinical trials, collaborative research and investigator‑initiated research activities in accordance with SOPs.Support Medical Affairs in stakeholder awareness and education.Conduct customer insight searches to inform product medical strategies.2 – Internal Facing & Cross‑Functional CollaborationProvide product and indication expertise to colleagues (e.g., field force training, medical slides, review and copy clearance).Engage with Market Access, Sales, Customer Services, Communications and Medical Affairs teams locally and at EMEA level.3 – ComplianceAct consistently with Seqirus values and behaviours.Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures and regulations (Code of Practice, financial processes).Participate in compliance training as scheduled.Contribute to internal signatory/approval processes.Knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesScientific Degree: Medical Doctor (MD), PhD, or Master in life sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry).3 years of relevant experience, including 2 or more years in clinical/health services education or research, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in infectious diseases, epidemiology, vaccines, public health and the Spanish healthcare system.Proficient in modern communication platforms and software (MS Office, internet‑based mobile working).Fluent in English and Spanish.Valid Spanish driving licence.Flexible working hours and willing to travel up to 50‑60% of time across Spain and abroad. xcskxlj BenefitsFor more information on CSL benefits visit How CSL Supports Your Well‑being | CSL.Equal Opportunity EmployerCSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
