In this role, you will lead process development and design activities to create commercial versions of the products.Required backgroundBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or compatible technical fieldAt least +2 years experience in mechanical product development and designStrong understanding of mechanical engineering and machine design principlesFluent English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plusTechnical skillsProficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. xcskxlj Experience translating product requirements into mechanical specifications.Experience validating and testing prototypes against technical requirementsAbility to generate clear technical documentation in a product development environmentFamiliarity with R&D processes in engineering or related fieldsPreferred skillsExperience in medical technology, photonics, or other regulated/high-tech environmentsKnowledge of automation process design and controlBasic understanding of electronics and opticsBasic programming skills in C/C++ or hardware platforms such as Arduino or ATMELBasic scripting skills in Python or MATLAB
