Compliance with safety and quality standards, and continuous improvement of processes. Assistance to drivers and customers regarding incidents and repairs. Recording of interventions, technical reports and completion of work in the management system. Requirements Technical training in automotive, mechanics, electromechanics, or similar is essential. Experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Ability to diagnose problems, read diagrams, and use workshop tools and diagnostic software. Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and solution-oriented approach.
