Assist with data clean‑up and remediation activities, researching and correcting system discrepancies where required. Manage the ongoing configuration, design, maintenance, and implementation of Workday and other Colleague Resources applications, including the preparation of configuration specifications and supporting documentation. Contribute to special projects and broader HRIS initiatives as required. The skills you will have when you apply Workday configuration expertise - hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining Workday functionality across applications. Technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving - experience investigating system issues, unexpected results, integration errors, and process weaknesses, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions. Testing and release management - experience assessing system changes, coordinating testing activities, supporting releases or patches, documenting outcomes, and communicating changes to end users. Business analysis and stakeholder partnership - the ability to understand business requirements, explain system capabilities and limitations, develop practical solutions, and build effective relationships with Colleague Resources, Total Rewards, IT, vendors, and business teams. Project and change management - strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to complex projects, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines. Clear communication and international collaboration - excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics clearly and work effectively in an international team environment. Experience and education Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands‑on Workday configuration and support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
