As a Marketing Intelligence & AI Platform Junior, you will support the development, maintenance, and evolution of AI‑driven marketing intelligence platforms, working at the intersection of digital marketing, data, analytics, and applied AI. You will help ensure that our RAG‑based systems, knowledge bases, and AI assistants are accurate, up to date, and grounded in real‑world marketing and media logic.The role combines marketing intelligence, analytics, and AI supervision, rather than pure software engineering. You will work closely with ReMotive Media’s senior leadership and the team, supporting both client‑facing solutions and internal AI platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport market and marketing intelligence analysisWork with analytics and platform dataStructure and maintain AI‑ready knowledge basesReview and improve AI‑generated insightsCollaborate with strategy, media, and data teams to optimise performanceGather, analyse, and interpret marketing and market intelligence dataMaintain and update AI‑powered platforms, including RAG‑based assistants, knowledge bases and vector storesHelp structure documents, insights, and reports for AI ingestionReview AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and marketing realismUse marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, platform dashboards, CRMs)Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insightsSupport first‑party data and privacy‑by‑design principlesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine strategies and optimise outcomesQualificationsStrong understanding of Marketing Intelligence and Market Intelligence principlesSolid foundation in digital marketing, including programmatic and paid media, social and digital platforms, and data‑driven marketing conceptsProficiency in marketing analytics and market analysisStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful patternsExperience with analytics, reporting, or data visualisation tools is a plusBasic understanding (or strong interest) in AI‑driven tools and platforms, language models and RAG concepts, data, first‑party data, and privacy fundamentalsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environmentBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related fieldNice to Have (But Not Required)Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data science conceptsFamiliarity with knowledge management, documentation, or insight platformsExperience in an agency, consultancy, or digital marketing environmentCuriosity about how AI can be applied responsibly in marketing and mediaWhy Join ReMotive Media & LAPIpa.ai• Work on real AI‑powered platforms, not theoretical projects• Learn how AI, data, and marketing intelligence connect in practice• Be part of a privacy‑first, people‑led, post‑digital agency• Gain direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision‑making• Build a foundation for future roles in Marketing intelligence, AI operations and knowledge systems, and data and strategy leadership
