ppOur client is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the Channel Marketing team covering Central Europe, the Middle East Africa, and the UK. This role is essential to driving measurement, insights, and optimization across regional marketing programs. By leveraging data, you will help enhance marketing effectiveness, support business growth, and improve customer experiences. /p h3Your responsibilities and impact as a Marketing Analyst /h3 ul liLead the execution of the global marketing analytics strategy at a regional level. /li liTrack and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as web traffic, lead generation, social media engagement, channel contribution, and conversion rates to assess campaign impact. /li liMaintain and optimize dashboards, platforms, and reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). /li liBuild and manage data processes integrating multiple data sources. /li liEnsure data accuracy when working with relational databases. /li liIdentify and resolve data quality issues. /li liProvide training and guidance to marketing teams on analytics tools and dashboards to encourage data-driven decision-making. /li liSupport the rollout of global data and analytics initiatives within the region. /li liRecommend appropriate measurement frameworks for different marketing channels (paid, organic, search, and social). /li liEnhance analytics procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. /li liEnsure global alignment with standardized measurement practices. /li liDeliver clear, actionable reports and visualizations for stakeholders. /li liTranslate data into insights, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize marketing performance and return on investment (ROI). /li /ul h3Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role /h3 ul liStrong interest and passion for digital analytics. /li liAdvanced analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. /li liExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement. /li liExpertise with Microsoft Excel, GA4, Google BigQuery, GTM, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, and SQL. /li liExperience building dashboards and visualizations. /li liSolid understanding of web analytics, customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and path analysis. /li liAbility to consolidate insights from online and offline data sources and translate them into business actions. /li liExperience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams is a plus. /li liStrong communication skills to present analytical insights to senior and junior audiences alike. /li liProactive, motivated, and eager to continuously learn. /li liBachelor’s degree or higher required. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 ul liSalary aligned with your experience and the market /li liYearly bonus /li liPermanent and full-time contract /li liHealth insurance (after 6 months) /li liOffice in Barcelona /li liInternational work environment /li /ul h3Your Future Company: /h3 pAn international SSC widely acknowledged as an excellent service provider for companies all over Europe is looking for experts in finance, administration, marketing, IT, HR, and recruitment to join their hub in Barcelona.
