SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – Luxury Real Estate
Are you an ambitious, results-driven property professional looking to represent one of the most prestigious luxury developments on the Costa del Sol?
Wilma Sierra Blancais expanding its commercial team and is seeking an experiencedSales Executiveto join our dynamic and international sales force.You will be responsible for managing and converting high-quality incoming leads, guiding clients through the purchasing journey, and delivering an exceptional sales experience from the first contact through to completion.
You will work closely with ourCommercial Director, supporting negotiations and ensuring a professional and structured sales process.
Managing and responding to incoming sales leads
Negotiating and closing sales in collaboration with the Commercial Director
Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing the sales pipeline
Providing a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process
Minimum 5 years’ experiencein property sales
Experience working with aninternational estate agency network
Fluent in English and Spanish
Additional languages are a strong advantage, particularlyScandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) or Polish
