About the RoleWe are hiring a Managing Director to build and lead the commercials for a leading wealth manager in Spain. This is a senior sales leadership role with full responsibility for client acquisition, team build-out, and execution of a proven growth strategy tailored to the local market.You will act as the senior local leader, reporting into international leadership and owning results across sales performance, hiring, training, and culture.Key Responsibilities- Build, hire, and lead a national HNW sales team- Drive new private client acquisition from qualified inbound prospects- Localise client acquisition strategies for the Spanish market- Deliver structured sales training, coaching, and ongoing developmentCandidate Profile- 5–10 years leading HNW sales teams focused on investments- Strong track record in hiring, training, and scaling sales organisations- Background in discretionary investment management- Fluent in Spanish and English- Based anywhere in Spain
