Job Overview
We are seeking a Maitre to join our hotel establishments in Benidorm (Alicante). This is a full‑time position with opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with chain standards and procedures.
Maintain customer satisfaction according to quality standards and service supervision.
Manage the restaurant dining room team.
Assist customers by providing information, handling enquiries and resolving complaints.
Organise events.
Process orders and control stock of restaurant storage products.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or relevant trade certificate (FP).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at high‑volume hotels.
Strong customer orientation with a very operational profile.
Good commercial acumen.
Leadership skills to manage teams.
Knowledge of APPCC regulations.
Training in allergen management.
Good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
Proficiency with office software tools is valued.
