Descripción del trabajoExperteer Overview As Maintenance u0026amp; Instrumentation Engineer at AVL Iberica, you will lead maintenance planning and optimization for complex industrial and lab environments, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. You will coordinate internal and external resources, drive technical improvements, and act as a technical reference within the organization. You’ll work on modernization, automation, and continuous improvement of facilities and processes. This role offers a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to enhance system performance within a global technology-driven company.Compensaciones / BeneficiosPlan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, including calibrations and technical support for customers and usersPrioritize and organize maintenance tasks based on criticality, needs, and resourcesCoordinate interventions by internal teams, suppliers, and external contractorsEnsure calibration and proper operation of instrumentation, data acquisition, and testing equipmentAnalyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actionsLead technical improvements to boost availability, reliability, and efficiencyOversee maintenance documentation, procedures, and intervention recordsManage technical relationships with customers, ensuring high service standardsParticipate in modernization, automation, and continual improvement projects for facilities and processesDevelop and monitor maintenance KPIs to identify optimization opportunitiesEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standardsResponsabilidadesBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field2-3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or complex technological environmentsProven experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing prioritiesAdvanced knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, automation, and measurement equipmentStrong capability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvementExperience with suppliers and maintenance contracts is a plusEnglish proficiency at least B2Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMSStrong organizational skills and results-oriented mindsetExcellent leadership, communication, and influencing skillsAvailability for occasional business travelRequisitos principalespermanent contractfull-time 40hsalary aligned with experienceprivate health insurancelife insurancemobile phone
