Bauhaus Capital Partners is expanding its advisory capabilities in digital assets and is looking for a Crypto Investment Advisory Associate to support evaluation, structuring and execution of crypto-related and blockchain-focused investment mandates. This role is designed for a finance professional who understands both traditional investment frameworks and the specific dynamics of digital assets.
You will work closely with senior advisors and clients on investment analysis, transaction support and strategic advisory assignments related to crypto, blockchain infrastructure and digital asset businesses.
Responsibilities

Support investment advisory projects related to digital assets and blockchain-based companies
Assist in financial analysis, valuation and assessment of crypto-related investment opportunities
Prepare investment briefs, pitch materials and advisory documentation for clients
Participate in due diligence processes for crypto and digital asset transactions
Analyze token economics, business models and market positioning of blockchain projects
Support transaction execution and coordination with external stakeholders when required
Monitor crypto market developments relevant to advisory mandates
Contribute to strategic discussions on digital asset allocation and investment structures

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in advisory, corporate finance, M&A or financial consulting
Solid understanding of crypto markets, blockchain technology and digital asset business models
Experience analyzing early-stage or growth-stage investment opportunities
Ability to translate complex crypto concepts into clear investment insights
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup

Compensation
Base Salary : 80,000–115,000 USD per year
Token Allocation : Available depending on project involvement
Legacy : Annual performance-based bonus
