You will work in a structured, performance-driven environment where service level, efficiency and accuracy truly matter.We’re looking for candidates currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or similar), with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and genuine interest in logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations.You’ll gain hands-on experience in inventory management, service level tracking, transport coordination and operational KPI analysis.The objective is clear: start as an intern and, after completing the internship period, continue with a traineeship contract.Core responsibilitiesSupport daily logistics and supply chain operations.Monitor service levels, OTIF (On Time In Full) and delivery performance.Analyze stock levels and inventory accuracy to prevent shortages or overstock.Track inbound and outbound flows with warehouses and transport providers.Build and maintain operational dashboards (Excel / Power BI).Identify inefficiencies and propose data-based improvements.Support S&OP processes with structured reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and external logistics partners.Ensure data accuracy in ERP and planning systems.Must-havesCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree and able to sign an internship agreement.Strong interest in logistics, supply chain and operations.Fluent English (international working environment).Advanced Excel (you can analyze, structure and interpret data independently).High attention to detail and structured thinking.Full-time availability in Madrid (Alcobendas area), hybrid model.Nice to haveKnowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools.Exposure to ERP systems (SAP or similar).Previous internship or academic project in logistics or operations.Understanding of supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy).Skills that will make you successfulAnalytical mindset with operational focus.Ability to detect problems early and escalate proactively.Ownership and accountability.Process-oriented thinking.Clear communication and coordination skills.Resilience in fast-paced environments.What we offerPaid internship: 900€ gross/month.Full-time schedule:Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00Friday 8:00–15:002 days remote work per week.Real exposure to supply chain decision-making in an international company.Clear opportunity to continue with a traineeship contract after the internship.Do You Align With Our Values?Please only consider employment with WD-40 Company if you feel as strongly about our values as we do.
