Responsibilities
Manage industrial logistics providers on the perimeter of inbound flows (receive and store), including stores deported to external platforms.
Represent privileged interlocutor of incoming flows.
Execute the contract of the various service providers operating industrial logistics activities.
Constantly challenge logistics providers on safety of aeronautical products, operational performance, quality of customer service, costs and continuous improvement.
Serve as main interface with various internal customers.
Propose and deploy continuous performance improvement solutions.
Participate in the harmonization of industrial logistics processes within Airbus Helicopters.
Support CES (Company Excellence System) standards.
Guarantee control of the activity budget.
Ensure logistics cycles are respected and mastered.
Ensure the logistics service is delivered in accordance with the Airbus Helicopters processes.
Ensure the preservation of the parts in the flow.
Business trips expected from time to time; prepared to travel accordingly.
Outbound Flows Responsibilities
Manage industrial logistics providers on the perimeter of outbound flows, including shuttle flows between the different Airbus Helicopters group management.
Represent privileged interlocutor of outbound flows.
Execute the contract of the various service providers operating industrial logistics activities in the areas of internal transport and shipping processes.
Constantly challenge logistics providers on safety of aeronautical products, operational performance, quality of customer service, costs and continuous improvement.
Be the main contact person and logistics interface for internal customers (Final Assembly Lines, Program, Procurement, etc.).
Propose and deploy continuous performance improvement solutions.
Participate in the harmonization of industrial logistics processes within Airbus Helicopters.
Support CES (Company Excellence System) standards.
Guarantee control of the activity budget.
Business trips expected from time to time; prepared to travel accordingly.
Competencies & Skills
Engineer or highly skilled technician in logistics operations or similar activities.
International experience.
Ability to work in an international & multicultural environment.
Ability to build working relationships across multiple disciplines.
Autonomy and rigor to apply and follow standards.
Capacity to anticipate risks and difficulties.
Capacity to analyze, to propose solutions in a synthetic way.
Good communication skills.

Technical Skills
Knowledge in Industrial Logistics (or similar) and Aeronautics Legal Constraints.
Knowledge of aeronautics standards.
Supply Chain Management (and/or Scheduling).
Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
IT Tools
Google Suite.
MS Office.
Very good SAP knowledge.
eWM is a plus.
Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish.
French & German is a plus.
