The role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of transport flows, monitoring shipments, resolving operational exceptions, and maintaining service performance and data accuracy in line with customer requirements.Location: Alfafar (Valencia - Spain)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day transport planning and execution controlMonitor shipments and manage exceptions across inbound, outbound, and empty container flowsAct as the first point of contact for transport-related enquiries from supply chain partnersCollaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated transportation solutionsSupport Freight Bill Audit (FBA) activities and related operational processesEnsure compliance with operational standards, processes, and data quality requirementsRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in transport & logistics environment.Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldSpanish language: fluent (verbal & written)English language: minimum C1 (verbal & written)Experience of Transport Management / Order Management systemsBasic understanding of regulatory and customs principlesIntermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a plus.Shift availability: Weekly rotating schedule: one week on the morning shift (08:00-16:30) and the following week on the afternoon shift (09:30-18:30)The team provides 24/7 customer support through an on-call rotation. Each on-call period lasts one week, from Monday 18:00 to the following Monday 08:00. This is a stand‑by service, meaning the on‑call employee is only contacted if the customer calls the emergency phone.
