Position : Live Expert Location : Barcelona Spain Employment type : Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct product demonstrations via video calls Boost sales and market share through interactions Improve conversion rates from queries to purchases Deliver excellent customer service Provide efficient and confident responses to inquiries Maintain expert product knowledge Handle inventory management Stay updated with training Offer market insights and feedback Engage in video presentations scriptwriting and translations Create and deliver training content Provide support to the call center and assist with other tasks including potential out-of-hours work. REQUIREMENTS Native / fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) Previous experience in customer service / sales roles Academic degree will be considered as an advantage Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasize and persuade Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone) Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package Energetic and motivated self-starter capable of achieving the targets set Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time Strong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
