Are you looking for a weekend lifeguarding role in the beautiful town of Sóller on the island of Mallorca? A position is currently available through Empresa PalmaActiva 7368 for a qualified Lifeguard to oversee pool supervision and risk prevention. If you are passionate about water safety and possess the required certification, this position provides a reliable weekend commitment in Mallorca's vibrant sports and recreational sector.
Your core responsibilities include:
Performing continuous surveillance and proactive supervision of the pool area.
Preventing safety hazards and managing risk factors across the facility.
Safeguarding all users and ensuring facility rules are respected.
Reacting swiftly and effectively in case of emergency situations or safety incidents.
Required qualifications
Valid, official Lifeguard qualification and certification (título de socorrista).
Essential prior experience working in lifeguard duties and pool safety.
Sufficient language proficiency in Spanish to handle daily user communication and safety procedures.
High degree of vigilance, attentiveness, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Benefits
Employment contract: Permanent contract (contrato indefinido).
Working schedule: Weekend part-time schedule of 12 hours per week (Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM).
Monthly salary: 427.35 EUR gross per month.
