Hiring for a Chinese leading motor vehicle company Responsibilities Provide legal support and advice on business operations in Spain and the EU. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with Spanish, Catalan, and EU laws and regulations. Support the establishment and implementation of the company’s compliance management system. Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external law firms when necessary. Provide guidance on labor law, data protection (GDPR), and corporate governance matters. Conduct legal risk assessments and deliver solutions to mitigate potential risks. Prepare regular legal reports and updates for management and HQ. Support training sessions to enhance legal and compliance awareness within the company. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; admission to practice law in Spain preferred. 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational companies. MUST IN MANUFACTURING COMPANY. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, commercial law, Catalan law, and EU compliance requirements. Experience in GDPR, corporate governance, and compliance systems. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English; Chinese is a plus. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
