The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Legal Head to work in a leading asset owner with 1 GW of BESS projects in pipeline.The chosen person will report directly to the area partner or C-Suite and will be part of a growing young team having constant contact with the business core departments and different stakeholders.Responsibilities:Advice on matters of public contracting and permitting.Resolution of queries related to the energy sector.Analysis and preparation of documentation adapted to the regulations to enter the tenders.Advice to the firm's clients on regulatory aspects of the Energy sector, in administrative proceedings and in processes in the contentious-administrative order.Requirements:Plus 8 years of experience in Regulatory and/or Energy law.Experience managing teams.Ability to identify and manage risks in projects.High organizational and communication skills.High level English (C1)Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, a high degree of flexibility (remote work) and autonomy is offered as well as growth opportunities within the team.
