pWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team in the telecommunications sector. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s legal and compliance activities at both national and international levels. /ppstrongPurpose of the Role: /strong /pulliProvide ongoing legal support to internal departments in their daily operations, offering legal guidance and counseling as needed. /liliAssist in resolving potential disputes with third parties, managing claims, and overseeing existing litigation or arbitration procedures. /liliCoordinate with external legal advisors, both locally and internationally. /liliSupport the Board of Directors when required and participate in corporate governance activities. /liliManage risk and compliance matters affecting the company and its stakeholders. /liliContribute to the implementation and development of corporate compliance programs, including anti-bribery, data protection, and export control. /liliReview contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks, while ensuring business compliance with applicable regulations. /liliOversee legal risks associated with international commercial and engineering projects, supporting negotiation and dispute resolution processes. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Law (admission to bar or equivalent preferred). /liliExcellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. /liliStrong knowledge of Spanish civil and commercial law, and familiarity with EU regulations. /liliMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment. /li /ulpstrongSkills: /strong /pulliStrong written and verbal communication abilities /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines /liliAnalytical mindset with attention to detail /liliFlexible and solution-oriented /li /ulpIf you are looking for a dynamic and international environment where your legal expertise can make an impact, we look forward to hearing from you. /pp#LegalCounsel #Hiring #Telecommunications #Compliance #CorporateLaw #LegalCareers /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
