You will advise on contracts across EMEA operations, ensure legal compliance, manage risks, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support our renewable energy projects.What will you be doing?Manage a varied workload across multiple business units, including O&M, spare parts, asset management, framework agreements, guarantees, bonds, and governance documentsDraft, review, and negotiate agreements, providing clear legal guidance to operational and technical teamsCollaborate with Services legal team and relevant business unitsLiaise with external legal advisors, ensuring quality, consistency, and value for moneySupport legal compliance across EMEA jurisdictionsIdentify and mitigate risks, proposing practical, business-focused solutionsOversee contract governance and compliance with corporate policies and proceduresProvide training to internal teams on processes and best practicesWork with cross-functional teams (Finance, Technical, Business Development, Procurement, Operations, HR) to support business objectivesWhat are we looking for?+4 years of professional experience in legal, contract management or a related commercial role, with strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and service contracts, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructureStrong understanding of contractual risk and regulatory mattersA Law degree and/or admission to practice in Spain would be considered a plusBilingual Spanish–EnglishExcellent communication skills, able to explain legal concepts clearly to technical and operational teamsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical solutionsProactive, collaborative, and analytical mindsetWhat we offerOur people are our greatest asset.
