Job description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares monthly and quarterly litigation status reports. Coordinates with external counsel on the status of cases and monitors case movements. Makes and serves demand letters, files cases, and handles other matters. Searches and reviews legal documents for their accuracy. Assists in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledge and background in financing or collections is an advantage. Must have organizational and secretarial skills. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
