**Short description**:- Full time position (Monday - Saturday).- At the Central Q building in Quart De Poblet.- Fixed contract, nomina 40h/week.**Job description**:For our new residence in Quart de Poblet Globexs - Nestor is searching for a maintenance manager to make sure that the building and the equipment is taken care of. The maintenance manager is responsible for:- Tracking expenses and progress of repairs.- Developping maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.- Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.- Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities.- Monitoring equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.- Managing relationships with contractors and service providers- Keeping maintenance logs and report on daily activities.- Ensuring health and safety policies are complied with.**The person we are looking for**:- Speaks excellent English and Spanish.- Has proven experience as maintenance manager.- Has experience in planning maintenance operations.- Has a solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.- Has working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.- Has the ability to keep track of and report on activity.- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Has outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
