Our client, a leading global retail company, is looking for a Lease Manager (sales market) responsible for the management of the store portfolio in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal). Obtaining the best possible deals by negotiating lease contracts with property owners. Optimizing the existing portfolio through lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations). Working in close collaboration with the Expansion Manager to set and implement the strategy in your market. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics, or a similar field. At least 3 years of working experience in leasing, controlling, and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry. Strong leasing skills and good legal understanding. Results-driven. Strong planning and organizational skills. Multi-tasker with strong prioritization skills. Calm and positive mindset during difficult situations. English is a MUST. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Teams). You are ambitious, competitive, and humble, and you value taking responsibility. You have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of achieving results.
