About The RoleReporting to the Global Director, OD & Talent, this role will partner with HR and business leaders across regions to elevate leadership capability and embed inclusive practices throughout the employee experience. You'll bring strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and a global mindset to this high-impact role. What You'll DoLeadership Development Design and deliver global leadership programs for all levels — from emerging leaders to senior executives. Introduce innovative learning methods (virtual, in-person, mobile) to ensure programs are accessible, engaging, and scalable. Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, and team development sessions — especially for senior leadership teams. Align leadership programs with broader talent processes such as performance management and succession planning. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead the development and implementation of a multi-year DEI roadmap with measurable goals. Partner with senior leaders to champion inclusive culture change and communicate DEI priorities. Support and expand our network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and develop training and awareness programs that promote allyship and belonging. Strategy & Execution Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders — identifying needs, co-designing solutions, and delivering outcomes. Collaboration & Communication Engage with regional HR teams and global stakeholders to share best practices, align initiatives, and support local implementation. Analytics & Insights Track and report on the effectiveness and impact of leadership and DEI initiatives. Innovation & Continuous Learning Stay on top of global trends and best practices in leadership and DEI What You'll Bring 7+ years' experience in leadership development and DEI, ideally in a global or multicultural organization. Strong facilitation and communication skills — especially with executive audiences. Deep knowledge and passion for DEI principles and practical implementation. Proven ability to balance strategy with execution — you're as comfortable designing a program as you are delivering it. Analytical mindset with experience using data and dashboards to inform decisions. Culturally sensitive, with a global mindset and experience working across regions.
