Experteer Overview In this Launch Leader role, you will be the main technical interface coordinating between stakeholders to drive product planning, design, and industrialization. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, capacity, and quality in automotive electronics manufacturing. This position exists to ensure smooth launches, align industrial and product engineering needs, and deliver on pre‑production orders with strong risk assessment. You’ll operate in a collaborative, impact‑driven environment with a clear focus on quality and efficiency.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Align technical needs between Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering, and Customers
- Oversee project documentation and ensure deliverables are met
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams for pre-production orders
- Drive PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and quality procedures
- Ensure capacity studies, technical feasibility, and risk analysis
- Support process definition, investment planning, and equipment reuseResponsabilidades
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s a plus)
- Fluent English (German is an advantage)
- Proactive leader with strong communication skills
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
