Job Description
Take full ownership of regional DSP management, including sourcing, evaluation, selection, onboarding, and day-to-day partner performance management.
Build and manage a strong regional partner network to ensure sustainable service capability and operational reliability.
Lead the growth agenda for the region, including:
Capacity planning to support volume growth
Regional expansion
Rollout of new products and services
Set up and implement last‑mile operations process and SOPs to realize expected quality and performance.
Work with different departments to refine last‑mile delivery system and processes to improve the delivery experience of couriers and providers.
Undertake team management responsibilities to coach and train junior staff.
Job Requirements
+3 years proven work experience in the logistics industry with last‑mile delivery experience; startup company with 0‑1+ experience is highly recognized.
Sense of data and structured thinking.
Initiative, drive for result, and resilience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Open to intercultural working environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Location based on the region.
