(IFE) and Travel Advertising. Headquartered in Andorra, with offices in Barcelona and
Madrid, we help airlines maximise value through engaging digital content and targeted
advertising.The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow
strategic airline relationships. You will own end-to-end account success, creating tailored
media propositions and coordinating internal teams to deliver outstanding results for our
partners.
This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a
genuine interest in media, aviation, and emerging trends.What You’ll Do
● Account Ownership: Manage and grow key airline relationships, ensuring long-term
success
● Internal Coordination: Work closely with Content, Lab, and Finance teams to align
delivery with client needs
● Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver seasonal IFE content and performance
presentations
● Client Representation: Lead online and in-person meetings on behalf of QuiverTree
Media with a Customer Oriented vision to resolve issues and shape future roadmaps
● Project Management: Coordinate internal teams and third parties to deliver on
agreed timelines
● Client Satisfaction: Monitor and exceed CSAT and performance targets
● Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate billing and smooth coordination with Finance
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar
● Proven experience managing commercial client relationships
● Fluent English and good Spanish (additional languages a plus)
