Key Account Executive – Vusion, Alcobendas, Community of Madrid, Spain Job Description Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships Architect a comprehensive sales strategy Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusion’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Manage tenders, RFPs, and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after‑sales services, installations, deployment, etc.) Qualifications Minimum 5/7 years in a similar role with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals Proven experience selling complex technical hardware and software solutions, preferably to customers in the retail industry In‑depth knowledge of the retail industry and its current events Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills Fluent Spanish and English required Additional Information Pay : Competitive pay and benefits Schedule : A flexible, hybrid work schedule Career Growth : E‑learning opportunities and workshops, and global mobility potential We innovate.
